The DC Chamber is a clear 和 central voice on public policy issues affecting businesses in the District of Columbia. Our assiduous advocacy efforts support a pro-growth business climate, the development of a talented workforce 和 sustainable investments in infrastructure to meet the needs of businesses 和 citizens.

We promote the approval of business-friendly laws 和 regulations that encourage company growth 和 create 和 maintain a tax environment that draws companies 和 entrepreneurs to the District. We monitor the issues 和 get involved when the results could progressively—or adversely—affect the economy of the District.

Our efforts to foster a pro-business agenda focus on the DC government, both the Office of the Mayor, the DC City Council 和 DC agencies. We also advocate on behalf of DC businesses with the U.S. 国会.
